PRICING

Innovative Marketing SA® will receive a discounted price on AdiW Image Studio projects working together / and visa versa.

  • Please calculate this info into your pricing when quoting Innovative Marketing SA®.
  • Innovative Marketing SA® will invoice the client adding the 20% 'commission fee'.
  • AdiW Image Studio will invoice Innovative Marketing SA® and payment will be made to AdiW Image Studio once received from the client.
  • AdiW Image Studio payment TCs will be incorporated into our quotes that are submitted to clients. If no TCs are submitted, your TCs will not be added.

CLIENT OWNERSHIP

Clients brought to AdiW Image Studio through Innovative Marketing SA® will remain Innovative Marketing SA®'s clients and may not be approached by AdiW Image Studio. Unless special arrangements have been agreed on by both parties and documented. And visa versa.

DATABASE PRIVACY

The database belongs to Innovative Marketing SA® and may only be used by the supplier directly. The supplier may not re-sell / re-use the database for anyone else but his own marketing needs as agreed. Should the database be leaked the supplier will be responsible for any legal actions taken by the database source.

CLIENT CORRESPONDENCE ON PROJECTS RENDERED BY YOURSELF (THE SUPPLIER)

Innovative Marketing SA® will provide as much information as possible. However AdiW Image Studio will be responsible for dealing with clients regarding technical requirements as well as the completion of the project/s.

Should there be issues with the final product, AdiW Image Studio will take full financial (any other) responsibilities.

AdiW Image Studio will keep Innovative Marketing SA® CC-ed in all client correspondence.

CLIENT CORRESPONDENCE ON PROJECTS RENDERED BY INNOVATIVE MARKETING

AdiW Image Studio will provide as much information as possible. [businessname] will be responsible for dealing with clients regarding technical requirements as well as the completion of the required project/s.

Should there be issues with the final product, Innovative Marketing SA® will take full financial (any other) responsibilities.

Innovative Marketing SA® will keep AdiW Image Studio CC-ed in all client correspondence.

ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP/ ACCESS

Innovative Marketing SA® will have equal and full access to client-related projects for marketing purposes.

Neither party may approach the other party's employees with offers of employment.

RECIPROCATION

Should AdiW Image Studio acquire the services of Innovative Marketing SA® for a client, a reciprocal 20% discount will be extended to AdiW Image Studio by Innovative Marketing SA®

 

Innovative Marketing SA® has read and will abide by AdiW Image Studio's TCs: COD or by the end of the invoiced month, unless it’s a build from scratch then I take 50% upfront. I hand over the login details to the site when it goes live and payment is made. Should payment not be made within a reasonable time then I take the website down.
