To proceed with the project, we kindly request that you supply all content, including wording for different sections, and high-resolution images. If you require a photographer and/or copywriter, please note that additional fees will apply. Alternatively, you have the option to provide all content and images yourself. Please let us know your preferred approach.

We can assist you with our hosting service, along with comprehensive website management. We highly recommend this option as it enables us to keep your site and plugins up-to-date, comply with government policies such as the recent POPIA ACT, and update the site’s terms of use accordingly. Additionally, if you encounter any email issues, you can directly contact us instead of a call centre, ensuring a streamlined web-related experience with a single point of contact.

Please note that if you have specific image requirements, such as images of particular products/services, there may be additional fees associated with sourcing those specific images. Our aim is to create a visually compelling website that effectively communicates your brand message.

RESPONSIVENESS

Ensuring a visually appealing website across different devices is our priority. We will optimise the design to look great on various screen sizes. While each view may not be identical, we will fine-tune the appearance to enhance the website's visual appeal for each specific viewpoint.

SPEED OPTIMISATION

We are committed to delivering a website with optimal speed and quick loading times. As part of our development process, we will carefully optimize all the supplied images and graphics to ensure efficient performance. We'll optimise your website to meet SEO standards, including basic on-page SEO.

DEVELOPMENT TWEAKS FOR 30 DAYS FROM SIGN – OFF

We'll provide ongoing support, updates, and tweaks to your website for up to 30 days after the launch.

BLOG + INTEGRATION

Up to 5 categories: It does not include creating the content and keeping them updated. This will be pulled from your current site or you will supply 1 post per category for us to load when developing the site.

COPYWRITING

An additional fee will apply if you require this service, and it is not included in the current quote. Alternatively, if you choose not to opt for this service, you will be responsible for providing the text content. Copy questionnaire, in-depth strategy session, SWOT analysis, competitor research, the copywriting and 2 revisions.

PHOTOGRAPHY

An additional fee will apply if you require the photography service, and it is not included in the current quote. The cost of the photography service will depend on your location and the specific type of images you require. Please provide us with these details so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Next Steps and Project Timeline

This proposed solution and pricing are available until 31/08/2023. To proceed with the project, please follow these steps: ● Acceptance: Review the proposal and indicate your acceptance of the entire proposal, specific portions, or request revisions to specific sections. ● Finalisation: Complete our account application form and sign the contract to finalise the agreement. ● Initial Payment: Submit an initial payment of 25% of the project fee to initiate the project. ● Content Preparation: Begin preparing all website content and ensure it is sent no later than five working days prior to our agreed start date. Please note the following: ● Start Date: The exact start date will be determined upon receipt of the signed contract and initial payment. We will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes and begin the project promptly. ● Project Timeline: The estimated project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks. Throughout the development process, we will provide updates and share links to view and provide feedback on the progress.

Pricing and payment

The total cost for the development of your website, excluding copywriting, photography, and domain hosting, amounts to R9,596.00 (excluding the brand guide which is invoiced as it's own project and must be completed before the website development commencement date). This amount can be paid in three instalments as outlined below: 1. Booking: 25% of the project cost 2. Deposit: 50% of the project cost 3. Balance: 25% of the project cost Additionally, if you choose to have us host your website, there are recurring fees involved. These fees are as follows: Domain Registration: R150 per annum for a .co.za domain and R250 per annum for a .com domain. Monthly Hosting Fee: R199 per month, which covers the availability of your website on our hosting server.

Terms and Conditions Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our proposal: Payment Schedule: ● A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the project start date. ● 50% of the total project cost is due before the project begins. ● The remaining 25% is payable on completion, prior to the website going live OR within 60 days after the project start date, whichever comes first. Proposal and Contract: ● This proposal serves as an overview of our services and pricing, but it does not constitute a binding contract between us. A separate contract will be provided upon acceptance. Content Submission: ● Upon payment of the initial invoice and signing the contract, all brand files, imagery, text, and any additional materials to be displayed on the website must be submitted no later than five working days prior to the project start date. This ensures a smooth progression of the project. Communication: ● All project-related communication will be conducted via email. Timely responsiveness and feedback are crucial to ensure project efficiency. Failure to respond within four working days may result in project termination without a refund. ● If any party involved in the project has planned non-working vacations, advanced notice of at least two weeks is required to adjust the project timeline accordingly. Project Rescheduling: ● In the event of project rescheduling, fees may apply, and the new schedule will be based on our availability. Final Payment: ● The final invoice must be paid in full before the installation of your new design. Upon receipt of the full payment, we will proceed with the website launch.
