Thank you for the opportunity to highlight the key points per our meeting.

Questions:

  1. Website management – Require backend details (does Presto Coffee and Skyway Bar have their own websites?) – WordPress only.
  2. Hosting: Monthly hosting per domain R199 (.co.za) / Annual domain renewal R150 per domain.
  3. Move to our server and incorporate blog per site – pending backend logins.
  4. Jot: Please supply more information. Is this what you are referring to: https://www.jotform.com/
  5. Online bookings link: Should we go ahead, we will redirect bookings to this link, which you will need to provide. Unfortunately, we cannot manage the bookings and would need to be managed in-house directly.
  6. Newsletter Marketing: Please advise which provider/platform you are currently using. We generally use Mailchimp or Brevo.

We have the pleasure of detailing what we have researched and the options we propose below:

  • Up to 5 posts per week (content creation timing dependent)
  • 1 x post per month sponsored (ad spend R500 incl VAT) / OR 2 x posts per month sponsored (as spend R250 incl VAT)
  • Annual 3 Tier Strategy: 3X Campaigns per annum (additional R2750 ad spend per campaign – this can also be run organically if you wish)

✅ La Joya Lodge + Spa (PRESIDENTIAL + PACKAGE)

  • Up to 5 posts per week (content creation timing dependent)
  • 1 x post per month sponsored (ad spend R500 incl VAT) / OR 2 x posts per month sponsored (as spend R250 incl VAT)

  • Up to 2 Posts per week – social media management only (content creation timing dependent)
  • Sponsored ad spend not included (this can be added to the monthly fee if you choose)
  • Annual 3 Tier Strategy: 3X Campaigns per annum (additional R2750 ad spend per campaign – this can also be run organically if you wish)

⚠️ Please note on all sponsored campaigns: There is a one-off setup fee (for each business), which includes the Facebook Audience and Pixel setup.

Comprehensive creation, population, communication, and maintenance of social media channels. Regular weekly engagement and communication with your followers. Expert management of Android, iOS and Bing map listings to enhance your online presence. Content creation and proofreading services are provided for up to 20 posts per month. ℹ️ Bonus inclusion: Access to our valuable online collaboration calendar, worth R600 per month. (sidenote - we can add team members - ie your photographer - to our platform where we can colloaborate seamlessly as a team. ℹ️ Quarterly Stat Report: Valued at R1,500 included at no additional cost. Content Creation Notes

While we make every effort to ensure timely posting, there may be occasional overlap between posts due to varying completion times. Our social media proposal offers a diverse range of engaging content, including hard-selling ads, value-packed posts (fun facts, memes, videos), visually appealing product showcases, stunning images, captivating micro-videos, informative facts, and curated visitor reposts to keep your audience engaged.

Agreement Terms

A minimum 12-month contract is required. We always try our very best to get as much done as possible, however, sometimes some design projects may take a little longer than anticipated, especially during the setup month. It all depends on the briefs received and further tweaks made to designs sent for approval. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WORK 2-3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE – SHOULD YOU HAVE ANYTHING SPECIAL YOU WOULD LIKE FOR US TO FEATURE, PLEASE ALLOW US A 1-2 WEEK’S GRACE PERIOD. DECEMBER PROMOTIONS NEED TO BE SENT THROUGH BY 31 OCTOBER AS OUR OFFICE CLOSES FOR A REBOOT OVER THE DECEMBER PERIOD.

Cancellation Policy

Requires one full month (30 days) notice, effective from the 1st of the new month.

The Next Steps

This proposed solution and pricing are available until 31/10/2024. The next steps in proceeding with the project are to: Accept the proposal as-is, accept certain portions or request revisions to specific portions of the proposal Finalise the proposal, sign the agreement, and begin the new year on a new foot!

Your Investment per month

The monthly breakdown should you wish to proceed with all tasks listed excluding any additional requirements, graphic design (unless replacing social media content for that week) and our 3-tier campaigns (ad spend). Once we have had a look at the backend of the websites, we will be able to assist with costings. Please note that these amounts have been discounted, should you wish to discuss your budget, please feel free to reach out so that we can assist as best as possible.

Once the initial invoice has been paid and the contract has been signed, elements must be sent no later than one week before the scheduled start date. This is to make sure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. All communication during the project will take place via email. It is incredibly important that the project moves along smoothly, so please be prepared to respond and supply feedback in a timely manner. If we encounter communication dilemas, the project is subject to be terminated without refund.
