Our breakdown is based on all content (such as wording for the various sections) and beautiful high res images being supplied by yourself and/or taken from the current website. Should you require a photographer for images (original images are always better than stock images) or a copywriter for content, this can be arranged at an additional fee.

We will ensure that the website is developed for optimal speed and loading time, this includes the optimisation of all supplied images and graphics.

We will make sure that your website conforms to all SEO standards and provide basic initial on-page SEO.

DEVELOPMENT TWEAKS FOR 30 DAYS FROM SIGN – OFF

We will continue to provide support, updates and tweaks to the website for up to 30 days post-launch.

Our Solution

WEBSITE: We will develop a website structure from the current Zest Holidays + Dumela sites and include the 3 separated properties on their own 'mini website' - landing page on the Zest site. These landing pages can be duplicated for additional mini-websites that will need to be created.

Homepage

We will develop a single-page website structure in line with the current website content. Sections will be linked from the top navigation bar so that the user can automatically scroll to that section.

Blog

The development of a blog page Category layout Single blog post layout Comment styling

Accommodation Directory

Custom item layout (e.g. accommodation unit) including custom features, gallery, individual contact forms or external links Search integration if required Category page layout

The Next Steps - Website development

This proposed solution and pricing are available until 30/04/2022. The next steps in proceeding with the project are to: Accept the proposal as-is, accept certain portions or request revisions to specific portions of the proposal Finalize the proposal, sign the contract, and begin the questionnaire

50% Deposit payment to get started on your project

We are happy to make changes to the project scope at any time, but please understand that additional requests are subject to additional costs. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

- 25% to secure the space -50% before the project begins -25% on completion before the website goes live OR 60 days after the project start date whichever comes first. This proposal doesn’t serve as a binding contract between us. Once the initial invoice has been paid and the contract has been signed, all brand files, imagery, text, and any additional pieces to be displayed on the website must be sent no later than five working days prior to the start date. This is to make sure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. All communication during the project will take place via email. It is incredibly important that the project moves along smoothly, so please be prepared to respond and supply feedback in a timely manner. If you take more than 4 working days to return communication about your project, the project is subject to be terminated without refund. With that said, if a party involved in the project has a non-working vacation during the project, all other parties should be alerted no later than 2 weeks prior to the vacation. Rescheduling and payment of these fees will be required for work to resume on your project, and the scheduled dates will be based on our availability. The final invoice must be paid in full prior to the installation of your new design.
