Article One-Off Project Agreement

One-Off Project Agreement

This agreement covers the specific one-off project we have quoted and agreed on.

If you have any questions about what is outlined here, pop me an email! I’d be happy to discuss this further.

What is included
Only the work clearly listed in the quotation/project scope is included. Once the project is completed and handed over, the work is considered finished.

What is not included
Any additional changes, updates, new requests, ongoing maintenance, or extra work after the project has been delivered will need to be quoted separately. This is to keep the scope clear and fair for both sides.

Why this matters
It protects both of us. You know exactly what you are receiving, and we can manage our time properly without unexpected extra work being assumed as part of the original project.

Client responsibilities

• Provide any required access, content or feedback within the agreed timeframes.
• Review and approve the completed work so we can close the project.

Completion
Once the agreed deliverables have been completed and shared with you, the project is closed. Any further work will be treated as a new request and quoted accordingly.

By proceeding with the project, both parties agree to the above.

SUCCESS

We look forward to working with you!
