In this proposal, you’ll find specific details of how we can create a website that achieves your goals as per the brief supplied.

Our breakdown is based on all content (such as wording for the various sections) and beautiful high res images being supplied by yourself (these can be pulled from your current website unless there are specific images that you would like to use which we would suggest – new beautiful, high res images). Should you require a photographer for images (original images are always better than stock images) this can be arranged at an additional fee.

Should you wish for our copywriting services, this would be an additional fee.

You already own the domain https://canvasprintco.co.za/ You can either keep your package with your current host, alternatively, you can move from your current host to our hosting server (with the same domain) and we can manage your hosting + website. This is highly suggested, so that everything web-related is kept in one neat little package, and you have one point of contact. Should you be interested, please advise and we will send through the pricing breakdown.

We have completed our research and calculated the resulting pricing. Please see the proposal below with the unique e-commerce functionalities and integrations. If all CI, content and product information is readily available, we propose that the total build time will amount to no more than 4 working weeks.

In terms of the user interface, we are 100% certain that the creation of the products within Woocommerce’s standard product page (master, variation and attribute) is the best way of going about things. It is a tried-and-tested backend model and users will also be more familiar with this order and creation process as opposed to a unique plugin. We are also strongly leaning towards the addition of a Swatch feature to the product pages (buttons and displays as opposed to drop-downs). We will also integrate an image upload plugin or snippet that will enable the user to upload their own files during the order process.

In terms of the content pages, we are budgeting for the creation of 5 of these – Homepage, About Us, Product Info (general pricing and shipping terms), Blog and a Contact Us page. Our standard verifications (that we were unable to complete on your current site) have also been added to the costing.

Project Requirements

The requirements provided for the website are - CLIENT OBJECTIVES “We have seen a dramatic decline in our conversions and sales in the second half of Jan, and the past 2-3 weeks of Feb have been even worse. Conversions have dropped by at least half. We will add the website content as per the current website / or updated text which is to be supplied by yourself or via our copywriter at an additional fee.

IMAGE SOURCING

Source generic images to enhance the goals of the website and appeal to the target audience. Any specific image requirements may incur additional fees or must be supplied by yourself (e.g. images of specific products/food items etc).

RESPONSIVENESS

We will make sure that the website looks good at all common screen sizes. Each view may not be identical but will be tweaked to enhance the appearance of the website from that viewpoint.

SPEED OPTIMISATION

We will ensure that the website is developed for optimal speed and loading time, this includes the optimisation of all supplied images and graphics.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION

We will make sure that your website conforms to all SEO standards and provide basic initial on-page SEO.

ANALYTICS AND VERIFICATIONS

We will connect the site to google analytics and add any other required verifications on launch. Please note that any verifications other than google analytics need to be supplied before launch. Verifications after launch may incur additional fees.

DEVELOPMENT TWEAKS FOR 30 DAYS FROM SIGN – OFF

We will continue to provide support, updates and tweaks to the website for up to 30 days post-launch.

The Next Steps - Website development

This proposed solution and pricing are available until 30/04/2022. The next steps in proceeding with the project are to: ● Accept the proposal as-is, accept certain portions or request revisions to specific portions of the proposal ● Finalise the proposal, complete our account application form and sign the contract ● Submit an initial payment of 25% of the project fee to get started on your project ● Begin preparing all website content and send no later than five working days prior to our start date. The current start date will be finalised upon receipt of the contract and initial invoice. We may be able to begin sooner based on changing work schedules but will advise accordingly. The current project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks, we will send updates and links to pages for viewing and feedback throughout the build.
