Gradual Start: Replace a quarter of their current food with Good Dog Co. for the first 2 to 3 days.
Incremental Increase: Move up to half a portion once they are settled.
Perfect Pairings: Mix our meals with high-quality pellets, such as Hills, for a balanced and nourishing bowl.
Mealtime Boosters
Rich Gravy: Add 150ml of warm water to create a flavourful gravy that they will love.
Monthly Treat: Crack a raw egg over their meal twice a month for a special protein indulgence.
Calcium Boost: Sprinkle finely ground eggshells into the bowl for extra bone support.
Omega Oils: Add pilchards, with the sauce washed off, once a week for a shiny coat and healthy joints. Avoid tuna, as it contains higher mercury levels.

Please follow the provided storage and feeding instructions carefully. Good Dog Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss, spoilage, or perishing of products once they have been delivered or collected. 🐾
2. Health and Nutrition Serving suggestions and ingredients are provided as daily guidelines. If you have any concerns about your dog's dietary requirements, health conditions, or allergies, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before starting a new meal plan.
3. Handcrafted Variations Portion sizes, ingredients, and ratios may vary slightly due to the nature of our homemade, small-batch products. We appreciate your understanding that these minor variations are part of the handcrafted charm of our canine cuisine.
4. Intellectual Property Please understand that we are not obligated to share our specific product recipes or unique preparation methods with patrons or the general public.
5. Delivery and Collection Delivery is currently limited to the Linden, JHB area during working hours, excluding public holidays. We will make every effort to arrange a convenient and agreed-upon time slot for delivery. Alternatively, collection can be arranged for those residing outside of Linden. We are not yet able to deliver to other parts of South Africa.
6. Privacy and POPIA Compliance In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, all personally identifiable information is handled with utmost care and subject to restricted access to prevent unauthorised modification or misuse. We may contact patrons via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation, delivery updates, and invoicing purposes.
7. Pricing and Payment Pricing of our products is subject to change, and we will provide notice of any such updates. Full payment is required before products can be delivered or collected.
8. Refunds and Exchanges Due to the perishable nature of our fresh canine meals, all Good Dog Co. packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the cold chain has been transferred to the customer. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter. 🥘
