In this proposal, you’ll find specific details of how we can create a website that achieves your goals as per the brief supplied.
To start, this is a rather large project. The site is essentially 32 pages (plus blog and e-commerce). The integration of both the Paid Membership and ProProfs software is very bespoke and makes the build quite complex.
You want to offer clients access to video material on a membership/subscription basis. Our sample website is slightly more complex though, as she also has the ability to offer live classes to members that hold the relevant access passes. This is, perhaps, something that can be discussed but, from what we gather, you want to offer primarily pre-recorded material for now. We don’t think that you require as many subscription options (as of yet) but it is still quite a complex build.
In terms of the actual membership plugin and process, we have vast experience with how to implement and manage it. The plugin is super flexible in terms of how you want your offerings structured and, basically, who gets access to what. It has a multitude of add-ons and features and, most importantly, is very secure from both an information and payment perspective. In a nutshell, we will design all the relevant video content pages and the plugin dictates who gets access to these pages. It is a paid plugin (renewable every 365 days) and we have therefore incorporated that initial cost into the price.

One more thing, in terms of your book, we can offer you a ‘Shop’ page where this can be sold directly through your site. This would be free of charge should you go ahead with this project.
Essentially (on the revised quote), we have added the research, upload, integration, set up and embedding of ProProfs into the quote. As per your structure request, we have also had to take into account the creation and population of a further 20 pages (we don’t include the “Blog” and “Shop” pages in this) and the sourcing of images for all the website pages.
The above additions will obviously increase the amount of time and work spent on the project. In saying this, the amount reflected is the lowest we’d be able to offer for the amount of time we have estimated the project will take. This amount could be reduced if you are comfortable with limiting the total amount of pages.

Our breakdown is based on all content (such as wording for the various sections) and beautiful high res images being supplied by yourself (however, since we are moving all content across from the current site to the new site, we would only like to suggest new beautiful, high res images to be supplied by yourself please). Should you require a photographer for images (original images are always better than stock images) or a copywriter to update the content, this can be arranged at an additional fee.

Project Requirements
The requirements provided for the website are - CLIENT OBJECTIVES Sample site: SharePoint Maven - https://sharepointmaven.com/sharepoint-expert/ Offer online training videos for people to sign up and watch on a subscription basis. There would be 2 elements to this though – a random individual signing up from anywhere in the world. And a large corporate wanting to sign up 100+ at a time. I don’t want people to be able to download videos. And they must only be able to access them while their subscription is running. There may or may not be different subscription options – we haven’t thought that far yet. So either sign up and valid for a year, or valid indefinitely, or valid on a month to month till you cancel. Some videos will be available free to watch, the rest will be locked down. Like Udemy. It’s going to be an elearning type platform – we are looking at Teachables and Thinkific as options, but it might be a hassle with the payment gateways.
WEBSITE CONTENT INSERTION
We will add the website content as per the current website / or updated text which is to be supplied by yourself.
IMAGE SOURCING
Source generic images to enhance the goals of the website and appeal to the target audience. Any specific image requirements may incur additional fees or must be supplied by yourself (e.g. images of specific products or toys).
RESPONSIVENESS
We will make sure that the website looks good at all common screen sizes. Each view may not be identical but will be tweaked to enhance the appearance of the website from that viewpoint.
SPEED OPTIMISATION
We will ensure that the website is developed for optimal speed and loading time, this includes the optimisation of all supplied images and graphics.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
We will make sure that your website conforms to all SEO standards and provide basic initial on-page SEO.
ANALYTICS AND VERIFICATIONS
We will connect the site to google analytics and add any other required verifications on launch. Please note that any verifications other than google analytics need to be supplied before launch. Verifications after launch may incur additional fees.
DEVELOPMENT TWEAKS FOR 30 DAYS FROM SIGN – OFF
We will continue to provide support, updates and tweaks to the website for up to 30 days post-launch.
BLOG + INTEGRATION
It does not include creating the content and keeping them updated. This will be pulled from your current site.
COPYWRITING

The Next Steps - Website development
This proposed solution and pricing are available until 31/10/2022. The next steps in proceeding with the project are to: ● Accept the proposal as-is, accept certain portions or request revisions to specific portions of the proposal ● Finalise the proposal, complete our account application form and sign the contract ● Submit an initial payment of 25% of the project fee to get started on your project ● Begin preparing all website content and send no later than five working days prior to our start date. The current start date will be finalised upon receipt of the contract and initial invoice. We may be able to begin sooner based on changing work schedules but will advise accordingly. The current project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks, we will send updates and links to pages for viewing and feedback throughout the build.

This proposal doesn’t serve as a binding contract between us. Once the initial invoice has been paid and the contract has been signed, elements must be sent no later than one week before the scheduled start date. This is to make sure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. All communication during the project will take place via email. It is incredibly important that the project moves along smoothly, so please be prepared to respond and supply feedback in a timely manner. If we encounter communication dilemas, the project is subject to be terminated without refund.
