In this proposal, you’ll find specific details of how we can create a website that achieves your goals as per the information supplied.
Our breakdown is based on all content (such as wording for the various sections) and beautiful high res images being supplied by yourself. Should you require a photographer for images (original images are always better than stock images) or a copywriter for content, this can be arranged at an additional fee. I have included the pricing for the additional services, for your info, should you be interested.
You already own the domain s.dlomo@sdinc.co.za. You can either discuss with your current host regarding increasing your package to allow for a website as well and once the site is ready, we will move it onto your current host’s server.
Alternatively, you can move from your current host to our hosting server (with the same domain or update your emails to use the proposed domain as above) and we can manage your hosting + website. This is highly suggested, as if you choose to partner with us as your web developing team and we host the site, we are able to keep the site and plugins up-to-date. We also follow all government policies such as the recent POPIA ACT and the site’s terms of use would be updated accordingly. Should you encounter any email issues, you also contact us directly, and not a call centre. So everything web-related is kept in one neat little package, and you have one point of contact. Or keep your current email address, and we host your website domain separately.
We suggest having your email and your website use the same URL. Firstly, it saves money, and secondly, it ensures that the details are uniform for the business. The best would be to start a new email IE s.dlomo@sandilomoincorporated.co.za and redirect emails from s.dlomo@sdinc.co.za which you can cancel after 6 months of running it this way.

Project Requirements
The requirements provided for the website are - CLIENT OBJECTIVES: THREE PAGE WEBSITE + BLOG 1. Home Page o General information, mission statement, about us etc. 2. Service Page - With defined sections for your various services o Pre-Marital Legal Counseling: Types of marriages i.e Customary, Civil or/and in/out of community of property. o Family Law: Maintenance application and Divorces o Estate Planning: Drafting of Will, Trust Deed, and Administration of Estates. o Property and Business Laws: Drafting of Sale Agreement, Transfer of Property, Rental Agreement. Drafting of Partnership Agreement and other Business Transactions. (you would need to list all services that need to be included) 3. Blog (to be discussed if/when the proposal is accepted) - Up to 5 categories o This is where we will have various categories that we will use to target specific audiences further down the line. Below is a sample of what a category could be and the content we would post in them SAMPLE CATEGORY: Pre-Marital SAMPLE CONTENT: Benefits of pre-marriage counselling, understanding civil or/and in/out of community of property, Discount negotiation techniques for planning a wedding etc. There will be various categories with content targeting the various audience based on your services and what they might search when on google looking for a firm like yours. This assists with growing our SEO on our website for greater search results 4. Online Calendar Booking, Contacts & Map o This is where viewers will be able to schedule and pay for consultations, get your contact details as find you on your authenticated google and iOS map listing o We could also incorporate your accreditation and affiliation if you have any and want to display them We would require a services list with the pricing in order to set up the automation of booking appointments online
WEBSITE CONTENT INSERTION
We will add the website content as per the current site.
IMAGE SOURCING
Source generic images to enhance the goals of the website and appeal to the target audience. Any specific image requirements may incur additional fees (e.g. images of specific machinery or procedures).
RESPONSIVENESS
We will make sure that the website looks good at all common screen sizes. Each view may not be identical but will be tweaked to enhance the appearance of the website from that viewpoint.
SPEED OPTIMISATION
We will ensure that the website is developed for optimal speed and loading time, this includes the optimisation of all supplied images and graphics.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION
We will make sure that your website conforms to all SEO standards and provide basic initial on-page SEO.
ANALYTICS AND VERIFICATIONS
We will connect the site to google analytics and add any other required verifications on launch. Please note that any verifications other than google analytics need to be supplied before launch. Verifications after launch may incur additional fees.
DEVELOPMENT TWEAKS FOR 30 DAYS FROM SIGN – OFF
We will continue to provide support, updates and tweaks to the website for up to 30 days post-launch.

Copywriter (or you can choose to supply the content/text for your website if this is not a viable option) The deliverables include a questionnaire, 1-hour strategy session, SWOT analysis, competitor analysis high-converting strategic and intentional sales page copy, 2 revisions. R6,300 (3 pager website) Online appointment booking software (and use ourselves) Price - $12 p/m – R 175 (depending on the exchange R14.37 to R1) – We would set this up for you, with your banking details, and you would pay your fees directly Billed annually at $144 – R2068.56 Website automation PENDING WEBSITE SETUP TO CONFIRM THE BEST PLUGIN AND FEE Photography (1-2 year plan) We only need a very few photos of you, and from the shoots, I have seen that Zama has posted, you already have very appealing photos of yourself that we can use. I think photography is something we can look at, at a later stage. I am working with a wonderful photographer, Justin Klusener, we would be able to look at something with him.
PROPOSED TASKS
Here is the list of proposed tasks for your project: ● Development of the website as described above ● We will ensure the website looks good on all devices ● Basic on-page SEO (meta-tags, titles and alt tags) will be added to your website and we ensure that it is searchable and readable by google. ● We will install google analytics and submit the website to the google search console. ● A security plugin and backup system will be implemented to keep your website secure and backed up ● We will create custom video tutorials that will guide you through updating your website so you can make changes to the content whenever you want. These will sit inside the backend of your website so they are always available to you. ● We will take speed and optimisation into consideration throughout the build and will optimise the website for speed to the best of our ability based on the designs you provide.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
HOSTING - We can provide hosting at R199 per month and domain registration at R150 per annum (.co.za) and R200 per annum (.com) CARE & MAINTENANCE - We offer care and maintenance packages to keep your site up to date with basic support from R700 per month.

The Next Steps - Website development
This proposed solution and pricing are available until 08/10/2021. The next steps in proceeding with the project are to: ● Accept the proposal as-is, accept certain portions or request revisions to specific portions of the proposal ● Finalise the proposal, complete our account application form and sign the contract ● Submit an initial payment of 25% of the project fee to get started on your project ● Begin preparing all website content and send no later than five working days prior to our start date. The current start date will be finalised upon receipt of the contract and initial invoice. We may be able to begin sooner based on changing work schedules but will advise accordingly. The current project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks, we will send updates and links to pages for viewing and feedback throughout the build.

This proposal doesn’t serve as a binding contract between us. Once the initial invoice has been paid and the contract has been signed, elements must be sent no later than one week before the scheduled start date. This is to make sure that the project goes as smoothly as possible. All communication during the project will take place via email. It is incredibly important that the project moves along smoothly, so please be prepared to respond and supply feedback in a timely manner. If we encounter communication dilemas, the project is subject to be terminated without refund.
