Next Steps and Project Timeline

This proposed solution and pricing are available until 31/07/2023. To proceed with the project, please follow these steps: ● Acceptance: Review the proposal and indicate your acceptance of the entire proposal, specific portions, or request revisions to specific sections. ● Finalisation: Complete our account application form and sign the contract to finalise the agreement. ● Initial Payment: Submit an initial payment of 25% of the project fee to initiate the project. ● Content Preparation: Begin preparing all website content and ensure it is sent no later than five working days prior to our agreed start date. Please note the following: ● Start Date: The exact start date will be determined upon receipt of the signed contract and initial payment. We will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes and begin the project promptly. ● Project Timeline: The estimated project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks. Throughout the development process, we will provide updates and share links to view and provide feedback on the progress.

Pricing and payment

The total cost for the development of your website, excluding copywriting, photography, and domain hosting, amounts to R13,446. This amount can be paid in three instalments as outlined below: 1. Booking: 25% of the project cost 2. Deposit: 50% of the project cost 3. Balance: 25% of the project cost Additionally, if you choose to have us host your website, there are recurring fees involved. These fees are as follows: Domain Registration: R150 per annum for a .co.za domain and R250 per annum for a .com domain. Monthly Hosting Fee: R199 per month, which covers the availability of your website on our hosting server.
