What we do website design

The total project payment is divided into three according to the following structure:

• 25% non-refundable booking fee after our quote has been accepted and to book the project into our schedule
• 50% due before we start with the design and development
• 25% due when the project is finalised before it goes live and we hand over the keys

We don’t want to limit your ability to change your mind. The price at the beginning of the project is based on the number of weeks that we estimate we’ll need to accomplish everything you’ve told us you want to achieve, but we’re happy to be flexible.

If you want to change your mind or add anything new, that won’t be a problem as we’ll provide a separate estimate for those additional weeks.

All of our websites are designed using SEO best practises and all the pages included in your proposal will have basic SEO added. We do install an SEO plugin to help you get the best out of your content and provide a video tutorial on how to use it going forward.

We are happy to assist with SEO at an additional fee.

Yes, of course. You will have access to our Care Package for 60 days after launch, to iron out any issues and allay any fears you may have when it comes to editing your site.

If we host your website, we are available for support for as long as we host your site. However, should you host your website yourself and you would like to continue with the Care Package, it will be R650 per month.

Our Care Package includes ongoing support, website software updates, enhanced security and performance services to name a few.
